Another milestone in our growth journey with Genesys, which just announced $1.5 billion in new investment from Salesforce and ServiceNow, marking a further partial realisation for the Permira Funds.    When we carved Genesys out of Alcatel Lucent in 2012, we backed a leading but underutilized asset in a rapidly evolving #customerexperience market. The company's #cloud transition journey since then has been remarkable, with Genesys Cloud accelerating agentic AI customer experience orchestration, redefining the business from a CCaaS provider to the strategic CX platform for all enterprises.    True to Permira's product-led, growth-focused approach to tech investing, Genesys has continued to innovate to become a leader in #AI deployment, with more than 45% of Genesys Cloud customers using at least one Genesys Cloud AI capability to enhance consumer interactions and drive operational efficiency.
