Another milestone in our growth journey with Genesys, which just announced $1.5 billion in new investment from Salesforce and ServiceNow, marking a further partial realisation for the Permira Funds.    When we carved Genesys out of Alcatel Lucent in 2012, we backed a leading but underutilized asset in a rapidly evolving #customerexperience market.
