1. Start the Flask application:

   flask run

2. Open your browser and go to http://127.0.0.1:5000
3. Upload your PNG files and click convert

1. Navigate to the project directory:

   cd gilly-converter

2. Install the required dependencies:

   pip install -r requirements.txt

3. Set up the environment variables:

   cp .env.example .env

4. Initialize the database:

   flask db init
   flask db migrate
   flask db upgrade
