Fixes the following errors:

  • Off by one errors fixed for Triforce Hunt and Big Poe Target Count.
  • Removes disabling of Shuffle options when corresponding Start With options are selected. Previously it was actually force enabling shuffle options instead of disabling them like the tooltip said, and there was no reason for these options to be affecting each other anyway.
