[Bug] Ubuntu PPA, Debian MPR packages highly outdated

The Ubuntu PPA and Debian MPR packages are highly outdated, being last updated over 2 years ago. The maintainer of both, @mahor1221, seems to have been inactive for a while. Could ownership be transferred to an active contributor so it can be updated?

Yes, please share a Launchpad username so I can transfer ownership of the Suwayomi team to them.

For the MPR package, someone needs to request to orphan it. It looks like this has already been done, and I’m not the maintainer anymore.
