What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Fixed and enabled this test case, mainly by adding the missing stub behavior.
In this test case
TestOmMetrics.java, a lot of old non-HA code is used, and regarding writing type requests, is it necessary to rewrite to new HA code? or is it just to test OmMetrics, so it will not have much impact.What is the link to the Apache JIRA
