purchase cost is only available under ea. asset you create.
That's great for finer detail, however when creating an asset you usually keep buy at a fixed price all the assets of the same model (model can include specific year of product so prices should stay the same for a year or so.)

I think the Purchase cost field should join its big brothers and sisters the Warranty field (months) Company, Location and all these fields that keep a default value unless specified otherwise.

I would really like to see this added.
Would it be possible for a default model value to be added to custom models, and then the assets could allow for a specific override in case of one-off purchases or occasional price fluctuations?

Would love to know if that is possible as well. Will 13,000+ devices and most of them phone or iPads - this would help us not miss purchase costs as often.
