Panel "Settings / Controllers" is completely empty if no controller is set up yet

That's a bug. It should show at the very least a search field and a way to add new controllers manually.

At this occasion, we should also add a hint "If you have a supported controller and it's not in this list yet, please disconnect it for a few seconds and connect it again. This makes Helgobox auto-detect your controller and add it to this list automatically."
