Add show_received_date option to control output of "Received on" at bottom of message

It would be nice to have an option that controls whether the
"Received on" date is included at the bottom of each message.
I added a show_received_date option to control this.

@bshannon , just for curiosity, what is it that bothers you about the "Received on" at the bottom? That the dates differ or something else?

I just didn't like the way it looked. In my use case, the Date on the message was more than enough.

@bshannon, did you try using a custom CSS to do that? You just need to set it up, use the hypermail options to point to it and you change most of the the disposition, look, and presentation of the archives only thru CSS. To hide the Received date, you'd need to use:

-o mcss_url=foo.css And in foo.css #received { display: none; } If CSS does answer your use case, I'd prefer going thru that solution rather than modifying the code. Does this work for you?

Nope, not a css expert.

Someone else wrote the css for my use case. It looks like they tried to do something
similar to what you suggest, but it's commented out. If you think using css to hide this
is better, that's fine.

My use case was to generate the output once for a mail archive that is not changing,
so I have no plans to use hypermail for this in the future. FYI, you can see the mail
archive generated by my hypermail here.
