On screen shares showing small fonts or fine lines, there is a flickering.

This seems to be caused by a blurred video background and this may be disabled by a special interface property.

With #133, this is made configurable by the System Property org.jitsi.videobridge.ofmeet.disable.video_background

ToDo: Add a checkbox to the "Meetings|Settings" page.

Maybe along with other setting like DISABLE_FOCUS_INDICATOR / org.jitsi.videobridge.ofmeet.disable.focus.indicator ;)
