Make discussions of for..in and for..of easier to find

The chapter "Loops: while and for" does not mention for..in and for..of loops. The discussions of those two constructs in the chapters "Objects", "Arrays" and "Iterables" are somewhat hard to find. I would suggest appending brief references to the appropriate sections in those three chapters to the chapter on loops.
