Implement support for byte arrays

Add support for byte arrays to the driver. Includes both encoding in prepared statements as decoding from queries.

That's exactly the issue, I do not know what format is to be used to send it in or take it back and the protocol documentation says nothing about it. I'm gonna try to ping people on IRC and the mailing list to see if anyone knows how this works.
