Simple log collector over network for django.

Features:

• Simple log handlers for django.
• Time log rotate.
• Encription for non trusted networks.

TODO:

• Multiprocess log collector, in principle, be based on zeromq, but in future may be implemented with RabbitMQ.
• Web app for see status of logs.
