Clicking Query Tool, PSQL Tool, View/Edit Data/... in PgAdmin 9.4 neither opens a respective tool workspace not create a tab in it,
The same worked nicely in 9.2 and 9.0 (9.3 was skipped by me). Moreover, 9,0 is still installed and this functionality works nicely.

OS: Windows 11 Pro 23H2 build 22631.5189
Default browser: 139.0.1 (64-bit)

Hi @oalesins, @LazyLester85,

The behaviour of opening tabs in workspace layout was changed from v9.0 to v9.1.
If you wish to have v9.0 behaviour, you can enable by enabling below:

As written in the ticket description, 9.2 behsved by me the same way as 9.0. And, anyhow, it is plainly incorrect if I select e. g. "View/Edit Data/All rows" from the context menu on the table and absolutely nothin occurs. The same for selecting "Query Tool" and "PSQL Tool" - they don't behave differently, it don't behave at all.

I installed the update to v9.4 today and have the same issue. The function "View/Edit Data > All Rows" from the Table context menu worked fine in V9.2.

1. View/Edit 100 rows (with the Help/About to show the version)
2. PSQL Tool
3. Query Tool

OK then lets try if it works with classic layout. Go to File -> Preferences -> Miscellaneous -> User Interface -> Layout = Change it to classic and save.

First I changed the Layout to classic as you proposed in your previous post. It didn't work. Then I restarted pgadmin and tried the "Reset Layout". This was the trick. The "View/Edit Data" works again.
