This pull request will close #32 , adding a Discourse endpoint to ask questions (post new topics) to a Discourse board! An example of the client interaction is here on asciinema. The documentation that describes the testing and setup is provided here:

Specifically, you need an API token. You either need to bring up a development (docker compose) discourse server (instructions in the docs above) OR ask your administrator to create a token for you (also in the docs above). If you ARE an admin on the board, you can do it yourself.
