Update Cost to run table for 10k in all environments

As part of MR-gitlab-org/gitlab!78705, we will be adding "Cost to run" Table to our reference architecture docs. Currently we only have cost calculated for GPS, we would like to list out all the costs. As 1st iteration, we can list the cost for 10k.
