Explore regular performance test of a 10k AWS Services Reference Architecture Environment - Cloud Native

We currently performance test all Reference Architectures on GCP (and some select on Azure).

For increased coverage we should look to add in AWS. Specifically one where we test out it's services (RDS, Elasticache) for increased value (as a regular Omnibus environment wouldn't give as much value here since it would perform similarly to GCP).
