Review guidance around local disk \ NFS requirements

With 14.0 NFS is being deprecated for Git usage. It's also strongly recommended for all other non Git data that Object Storage is used.

However there are at least some small areas that still use local disk by default (that require NFS on multi node setups). A few that I can think of are:

• Incremental Logging
• Project Imports

There may be more areas like this that continue to use local disk in a transient fashion.
