Update reference architecture documentation to copy public SSH host keys across Rails nodes

Problem to solve

The reference architecture documentation does not mention copying the public SSH host keys across the frontend (Rails) nodes. Users may see Host key mismatch errors if this step is not completed.

We have a section in the Geo documentation that we can leverage for steps.
