Η έλλειψη εξειδικευμένων Ακτινοδιαγνωστών είναι μία πραγματικότητα για όλη την Ευρώπη. Ο στόχος όμως παραμένει ο ίδιος. Η γρηγορότερη και συνάμα πιο αξιόπιστη γνωμάτευση των εξετάσεων των πολιτών. 🎉 Είμαστε ιδιαίτερα περήφανοι που η ομάδα της iKnowHealth ανέπτυξε και υλοποίησε το evoTelerad το οποίο δίνει τη δυνατότητα απομακρυσμένης διάγνωσης διασυνδεδεμένο με την  πλατφόρμα EVORAD για το Νοσοκομείο Ευαγγελισμός— μια λειτουργία που ενισχύει την ισότιμη πρόσβαση σε ποιοτική υγειονομική φροντίδα, σε κάθε γωνιά της Ελλάδας. 🎥 Πώς λειτουργεί η απομακρυσμένη διάγνωση στην ακτινολογία — και γιατί είναι κρίσιμη για τη σύγχρονη υγειονομική περίθαλψη.  Σε πολλές δομές — δεν υπάρχει πάντα διαθέσιμος ακτινολόγος επί τόπου για τη συγγραφή του πορίσματος. 📢 We're excited to present our latest work at EuSoMII - European Society of Medical Imaging Informatics 2025 in Heraklion, Crete! Our study looks at how well different TotalSegmentator models perform when segmenting organs in full-body CT and MR scans. We tested 1.5, 3, and 6mm models on nearly 3,000 patients, using accuracy metrics, radiomics, and clinical reviews. 🔍 What we found: ✔️ Strong overall performance (DSC > 0.80) ✔️ Some challenges with organs like the pancreas and gallbladder ✔️ Most results were rated clinically usable with minimal edits ✔️ AI performance varies by resolution and modality What makes this especially exciting is that these models in both CT and MR, are now being embedded into our EVORAD RIS/PACS — enabling radiologists to access advanced segmentation directly within their everyday workflow.
