Allwyn and OPAP announced today that their respective Boards of Directors approved the business combination of the two companies. The proposed combination marks a major milestone in the evolution of both OPAP and Allwyn. 💜 On October 2nd, on the occasion of World Alzheimer’s Day (21 September), we hosted the Opapacademy EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Hybrid Session on “Supporting caregivers of people living with dementia, in collaboration with HELLAS EAP. Through meaningful discussions, we highlighted how dementia impacts not only diagnosed individuals but also their families and caregivers — and explored practical strategies, psychoeducation techniques, and self-care practices that can help ease everyday challenges. 🙏 A heartful thank you to everyone who joined us, in person or online, and contributed to this important conversation.
