This is my Stanford home page, with information on my research, publications, and some other projects I was involved in during my time at the Stanford Graphics lab from 2002-2010. I spent most of my time working on new data visualization methods, especially for the interactive visualization of large networks. My dissertation research was a cross-over with cognitive psychology in which I used an eye tracker and very precise measurements of pupil diameter to asses the moment-to-moment cognitive load by various simple visual tasks.
