Hawkwood was formed out of a desire to embrace new challenges, and embark on a steep learning journey. Our team are highly-motivated by professional development, and we invest in a range of high-quality training. Some are directly recruitment-related, but many are, what we call, recruitment-adjacent skills - such as NLP, negotiation, copywriting and public speaking.
