The Y Combinator for kids.

About us

Campus X is a next-generation education venture founded in Hong Kong by the team behind Rice Robotics. We empower children aged 6-12 to become future innovators through hands-on learning in robotics, artificial intelligence, and entrepreneurship. Unlike traditional coding classes, Campus X takes students on a real-world product journey — from identifying problems in daily life, to designing, building, and pitching their own solutions. Our flagship courses feature the RICE mini robot, developed in-house, which students assemble, code, and customise as part of their learning experience. By blending engineering, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking, we inspire children to learn how to think, not what to think. Since launching in January 2024, Campus X has rapidly expanded across schools, franchises, and partnerships worldwide, with programmes adopted by leading institutions such as the Singapore International School (Hong Kong), and franchise partners in Singapore, Australia, the UK, and Mainland China. Our mission is simple: to unlock the potential of every child and prepare them to thrive in a world where technology and creativity go hand in hand. We’re not the Elon Musk of this era, but we inspire the next one.

  • At Campus X, teaching excellence is never left to chance. Every instructor undergoes a rigorous training and evaluation process — from mastering the RICE mini robotics curriculum to performing mock teaching sessions — before stepping into a classroom. We believe that nothing can’t be learnt when the right mindset and guidance are in place. This belief shapes how we train our team and how we teach our students. Quality is our top priority — and it starts with our people. But don’t just take our word for it. Quality is something to be seen, felt, and experienced by every parent and student who walks through our doors.

  • First day of class at our brand new Campus X Island South — and it truly feels magical. As we welcome our investors back for the new semester, we’re reminded of a belief that defines Campus X: ✨ Engineering is the closest thing to real-world magic. ✨ Here, our students aren’t learning spells — they’re learning to design, code, and build inventions that make an impact. Each lesson is a step toward transforming curiosity into creation, and imagination into innovation.

  • 💡 Curiosity is the true engine of learning — and remembering your “why” is what keeps you moving forward. Our GM Tylor Ng recently joined 《盈知學問》 with host Crystal Fung🌟 to share Campus X’s mission: empowering the next generation with robotics, AI, and entrepreneurial skills to think big, stay curious, and innovate beyond the classroom. From robotics education to real-world entrepreneurial experiences, we believe that children can become not just learners, but future creators and problem-solvers. 🎥 Watch the full interview here: https://lnkd.in/gzY3r4Ms #CampusX #EducationInnovation #AI #Robotics #CuriosityDriven #NeverForgetYourWhy

  • Campus X is honoured to be a partner of the Hang Seng Bank New Gen CEO Program 2025, inspiring the next generation of leaders through transformative experiences. This year, we brought students to the Zhuhai Aerospace Centre, where they explored China’s milestones in space — from the Shenzhou spacecraft to the Tiangong space station. A special highlight of the visit was the keynote by Ms. Zhou, aerospace veteran and Campus X advisor, who flew in from Beijing to speak to the students. With over three decades in the field, she shared behind-the-scenes stories of China’s manned spaceflight and lunar exploration, and even unveiled a historic photo she personally captured of Yang Liwei, China’s first astronaut, stepping out of the capsule. At Campus X, we believe in nurturing innovators and entrepreneurs who will shape the future. We extend our thanks to Hang Seng for making this journey possible, and wish these future CEOs every success as they pursue their dreams and lead with vision. 🚀

  • 🌟 For the second consecutive year, Campus X is proud to support the "Strive and Rise Program”, welcoming students and mentors from NGOs including HKYWCA, NHA, Hong Kong Children & Youth Services, and Po Leung Kuk. Through an educational tour at Robotics Factory, participants gained first-hand exposure to the creation and application of robotics technology — from learning operational principles to assembling and controlling robots themselves. At Campus X, we are committed to nurturing the next generation of innovators. By combining hands-on experiences with real-world industry insights, we aim to spark curiosity, foster creativity, and equip young minds with the skills to thrive in the future of technology and entrepreneurship. #CampusX #StriveAndRise #Innovation #STEMEducation #FutureTalent

  • On September 5, Campus X had the pleasure of hosting a delegation led by the FTU Financial Professional Committee, co-organized with the Hong Kong Clerical and Professional Association and TechSeed Foundation, with strong support from the FTU Youth Affairs Committee. Participants explored the forefront of innovation at our EdTech hub — from hearing our entrepreneurial journey to experiencing hands-on robot assembly and operation. 🤖 The event not only broadened horizons but also inspired many young professionals to pursue their passion for technology and innovation. We look forward to more collaborations that empower the next generation of innovators. #CampusX #EdTech #Innovation #STEMEducation #FutureTalent #工聯會金融專業委員會 #科動未來發展慈善基金有限公司 #工聯會青年事務委員會 #TechSeed

  • Meet Amber, just 5 years old, and already solving her own problems with technology! 🌟 Amber was scared of the dark when walking to the toilet at night. Her solution? She built a RICE mini that lights the way for her! By attaching a torchlight on top of the RICE mini’s extension port and connecting it to our custom PCB, Amber turned her robot into her personal night guide. As it moves, the light switches on—making the dark a little less scary. This is the power of the new RICE mini 1.5: extra ports, custom attachments, and a platform where even the youngest inventors can turn their ideas into reality. 💡🤖
