  • Hospitals are under constant pressure to balance patient safety, infection control, and sustainability, all while managing limited resources. In northern Thailand, a well-established private healthcare provider partnered with PCS to rethink how cleaning could be done differently. Robotics were introduced to provide round-the-clock coverage in busy corridors and lobbies, while ozone-based solutions replaced multiple chemical products in general areas. This shift eased the pressure on staff, reduced chemical dependency, and improved air quality for both patients and employees. With 90% of general spaces now cleaned using ozone, and robots saving 30% of manpower time, the hospital has been able to maintain high standards without compromise. It shows how small but deliberate changes in facilities management can strengthen both care and sustainability.   • Earlier this October, our OCS Indonesia colleagues at one of our automotive manufacturing customers rolled up their sleeves to clean the Jami Al Hikmah Mosque in Wanajaya village, Karawang, West Java Province, a nearby place of worship. At a major private hospital in Northern Malaysia, 116 OCS colleagues have been part of daily operations since 2016. Their work has carried the hospital through expansion projects, strict audit cycles, and outbreak conditions, all while supporting the care of over 200,000 patients each year.   • A warm congratulations to Muhammad Jam'an Marhuman, our Head of Finance Controller, recognised as OCS Indonesia’s 2025 TRUE Star Award winner for the Unity category. This recognition comes from his role in helping to resolve a complex and long-standing challenge within the ERP Dynamics platform in the Philippines. Since 2020, the system had faced persistent issues that affected efficiency and operational excellence. In 2024, Jam’an was assigned to support the Philippines Finance Team in untangling the problem.   His contribution was more than technical expertise and persistence. He worked with humility, listened, respected the team’s knowledge and built trust step by step. Together with the Philippines Finance Team, he helped deliver a breakthrough that strengthened both the ERP Dynamics platform and collaboration across borders.   This story highlights Unity, one of our OCS TRUE values. Unity is about recognising challenges and differences, and turning them into shared strength. It shows that while cross-country collaboration is rarely simple, openness and respect can make it possible.   Technical issues often remain unresolved not because solutions are missing, but because alignment is. When persistence is paired with humility, and colleagues unite around a shared purpose, the results go beyond systems.   • How do you turn payroll from a long, complicated process into something simple and reliable? Dwi Pratomo, Head of Compensation & Benefit at OCS Indonesia showed us how – a contribution that earned him recognition as our TRUE Star winner for the Respect category this year. Through the Payroll Improvement Project, Dwi applied the Quality Control Circle (QCC) approach to create a system that is faster, more accurate, and centred on people. What makes his achievement stand out is the way he led it. Dwi listened to colleagues across departments, respected different needs, and ensured every change was guided by fairness and care for employee well-being. His approach demonstrated how Respect builds trust and improves the way we work together.
