Two days well spent at the Jalin CX Summit 2025 in Yogyakarta. Every year the payments industry takes another step forward. But where the conversation was once focused purely on speed, it's now about trust and the ability to please customers at scale.    Our partnership with Security Bank in the Philippines is a great example of this thinking in action. By creating a unified payments experience, our teams were able to drive a 90% rise in instant transactions. Alongside this growth, there was a rise in consumer trust in the platform. Clients knew that every interaction would be reliable and secure.    This is the kind of work that energizes me.
