This week, we launched the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) "Back to Basics" safety campaign across all OCC Construction sites, reinforcing our ethos: Every Day, Every Site, Every Task. We know that in construction, things can change quickly, so getting the basics right is essential in ensuring that everyone buys into our safety culture. Toolbox talks kicked off the initiative, reminding teams of the importance of getting the basics right to maintain a strong safety culture. Upcoming events include electrical safety guidance from ESB, mental health presentations from Jigsaw - The National Centre for Youth Mental Health, CPR & AED demos by the Irish Heart Foundation, and educational toolbox talks and quizzes — all focused on keeping safety front and centre. OCC successfully handed over the Loughvella project in Ennis – a new development of 49 NZEB, A2-rated homes on the Lahinch Road, Ennis.
