BDO Ireland Deal Advisory were delighted to support our longstanding client Windmill Healthcare Group, on their fundraise for the acquisition of the Padre Pio nursing home property, a 50 bedded Centre in Churchtown, Co. Cork. Windmill is one of Ireland’s leading regionally based independent nursing home providers, consisting of seven care centres and will have 465 beds available following the purchase of the Churchtown facility.
