PLANS GRANTED 🚦 #Dublin City Council have given approval for the #construction of a 1,131 unit Large-Scale #Residential Development in #Drumcondra. The development, which will be at Holy Cross College, will consist of 12 new blocks ranging in height from 3 to 13 storeys comprising 268 studios, 282 one-bed, 392 two-bed, 132 three-bed, and 57 four-bed units. Community and cultural uses will be established within the refurbished Holy Cross Chapel, Assembly Hall, and parts of the Ambulatory and Cloister Garden, totalling almost 4,000m2. A crèche and a retail unit are also included. Landscaping will include approximately 23,842m2 of public open space, such as a woodland walk, seminary lawn, games area, and playground. #Property giant Hines has been granted planning permission by Dublin City Council to build a €646 million apartment complex on the grounds of the former Holy Cross College in #Drumcondra.
