"I honestly don’t even remember how PDQ and I first crossed paths.
One moment, I was cramming for the Bar exam with fresh law degrees in hand, and the next, I was stepping into a world I hadn’t expected: fast-paced, challenging, full of people who were as driven as they were inspiring. It was love at first sight.
My first call was with Avi and Liran, painting a picture of the future. It felt ambitious, almost unreal - but then I met the team, and everything clicked.
Everyone was aligned, moving in the same direction, with a shared energy that made it feel like stepping onto a rocket that already knew its destination.
I started in Support, glued to the tech team, soaking up everything: documents, dev chats, even one-on-ones with engineers.
Step by step, my responsibilities grew. I became a Support Lead, building trust with brands and helping them succeed. Eventually, I moved into CSM role, carrying forward everything I had learned along the way.
At every stage, the team’s culture of open doors and knowledge sharing made growth inevitable.
The defining moments aren’t always flashy. They’re in the trust - being entrusted with bigger problems, bigger responsibilities, and realizing that curiosity and hard work can take you farther than certainty ever could.
Choosing eCommerce over law was the toughest decision I ever made, but channeling my legal training into structured problem-solving and high-speed learning has made every challenge worth it.
What keeps me here? The people. Full stop.
Growth is inevitable when you’re surrounded by teammates who push you, support you, and share the same values. Founders who model relentless focus. New joiners who challenge assumptions and spark iteration. That mix keeps me sharp and motivated.
I show up every day with determination and creativity, always looking for smarter ways to deliver impact. My short-term goal is simple: be better than yesterday.
Long-term? Keep scaling the impact we bring to our brands, our team, and our customers - bigger wins, smoother operations, happier people.
And yes, around here they call me “Captain Calendar”, the Date-Picker Whisperer. Nothing about this journey has been predictable, easy, or simple - but that’s exactly why I love it.”
