At 3 AM, alerts screamed: patient records compromised through  client-side attacks. The issue? Frontend used dangerouslySetInnerHTML to render user comments without sanitization. An attacker crafted malicious JavaScript that stole   authentication tokens from other users' browsers. The breach looked legitimate in server logs because requests used valid credentials.
