We had the pleasure of hosting Thomas Jeng and Pragya Misra from OpenAI for an invite-only session with select founders and product leaders at the Accel Launchpad. The session unpacked OpenAI’s latest product announcements from their Global Dev Day, from AgentKit, a new framework for building and optimizing agents, to Apps and Checkout in ChatGPT, which enables developers to create and scale native experiences. It also covered GPT-5 Pro, the enhanced reasoning model, and Sora 2, OpenAI’s latest video generation system. The conversation went deeper into what these breakthroughs could mean for India’s AI ecosystem, and how local founders can leverage them to build the next generation of global products. #AccelFamily

For most Indians, a home is more than an asset. Yet, selling one remains slow, opaque, and riddled with friction. That’s where HouseEazy, founded by Tarun Sainani and Deepak Bhatia, is changing the experience. The company is building India’s leading full-stack marketplace for resale homes, where buyers and sellers can complete verified, end-to-end transactions in a matter of weeks instead of months. At the core of its model is an AI-powered pricing engine trained on over two million data points to deliver transparent, real-time valuations. Sellers get instant price discovery, while buyers explore refurbished, pre-verified homes through immersive AR/VR tours. In just three years, HouseEazy has facilitated ₹2,000+ crore worth of transactions and built a network of 4,000+ partners, bringing speed, trust, and transparency to India’s most emotional asset class. We’re proud to partner with Tarun, Deepak, and the HouseEazy team as they transform how India buys and sells homes. #AccelFamily • Pratik Agarwal Read more here: https://lnkd.in/g3CkScBB

Posha has been named in TIME Magazine’s prestigious list of The Best Inventions of 2025. Emma Barker Bonomo, Editorial Director, TIME, writes, “AI is finally doing a job many people wish it would take: cooking dinner.” To us, the feature signals something big: physical AI is redefining fundamental aspects of how we live and shaping products that make our daily lives richer and more convenient than ever before. From the earliest days of partnering with Raghav Gupta and Rohin Malhotra, we’ve witnessed their vision and persistence to bring radical innovation to kitchens—transforming everyday cooking into a delightful experience. For Sandeep, Sahil, and Vaibhav, the idea for Dezerv was born from a surprising insight: even India’s most financially savvy professionals were unknowingly holding underperforming portfolios. That realization led to a bold mission of bringing institutional-grade wealth management to India’s growing class of professionals and entrepreneurs. In just four years, Dezerv has built a platform that blends expert portfolio management with a seamless digital experience, helping tens of thousands of investors make smarter, more balanced financial decisions. At Accel, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with Sandeep, Sahil, and Vaibhav since their Series A in 2022, and have seen their vision sharpen with every step. Today, we’re proud to deepen that partnership as Dezerv continues building for a new era of wealth creation in India. #AccelFamily Abhinav Chaturvedi • Rishika Garg Read more here: https://lnkd.in/gU2tari6

Congratulations to winners of our Community Showcase, where we saw the standout builders leveraging Claude to address big problems with breakthrough ideas, deep technical skill, and bold ambition. Out of dozens of visionary projects, five exceptional builders rose to the top: - Taking the top spot was CopperPilot, built by Aditya N G, an AI copilot for hardware design that makes PCB creation as fluid and intuitive as software coding. - The runner-up, Sahayak AI, built by Divyansh Kulshreshtha and Kkrishna Saxena, is a vertical copilot for educators that automates quizzes, lessons, and classroom workflows across Indian languages. - In third place, AyuSight AI, by Om S., Vrindar Kelkar, and Samyakta, uses a hybrid AI-deterministic system to automate doctors’ workflows through a unified, voice-driven interface. - At number four, Iris, built by Ashwin Kumar and Parivel S, uses advanced AI to detect documentation gaps and potential fraud before insurance review, helping hospitals reduce rejections and accelerate discharge times. - And rounding off the top five, Your AI Security Engineer, built by Anupam Mediratta, is an autonomous teammate that continuously scans codebases for vulnerabilities and raises secure pull requests to fix them. The creativity and technical depth on display reflected the strength of India’s AI ecosystem, and the boundless possibilities unlocked by Claude. India’s healthcare system is evolving fast. With growing awareness, digital adoption, and an openness to new models of care, the next leap lies in how people experience it, starting from the very first interaction. That’s where August AI, founded by Anuruddh Mishra, comes in. The company is reimagining the first point of contact in healthcare by giving people reliable, immediate guidance when they need it most. Acting as a continuous companion which complements doctors and existing healthcare infrastructure, August helps users interpret symptoms, prepare for consultations, and stay on track afterward. Its models, trained across 14 specialties, deliver 25% higher accuracy than baseline benchmarks, bringing trust and continuity to the process of care. We’re proud to partner with Anuruddh and the August team as they build the world’s most trusted AI health companion. #AccelFamily

What a moment for uppercase at Paris Fashion Week, the first 100% made-in-India luggage brand to showcase at the highest stage of world fashion. This is more than a milestone for one brand. It’s a reminder of what’s possible when Indian companies raise their design quotient. Global recognition and premium positioning don’t come just from scale, they come from design that can stand shoulder to shoulder with the world’s best. We’ve seen this journey play out with brands like Mahindra Group, which has steadily pushed into global consciousness, and Royal Enfield, which has transformed into a cult motorcycle brand admired by riders across the world. Being atmanirbhar isn’t about being the best in India. It’s about being among the best in the world. China’s BYD showed how elevating design by benchmarking against Europe transformed global perception. India must do the same, not just to make in India, but to design for the world. uppercase at Paris Fashion Week is a powerful signal of what’s ahead.
