𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖’𝒍𝒍 𝒅𝒐 - Gather functional requirements from internal/external stakeholders via calls, emails, online meetings, and on‑site visits. - Draft clear BRDs/FRDs, User Stories, detailed SOW, wireframes, and flow diagrams. - Present requirements and solution approaches to stakeholders. - Work closely with technical teams to translate requirements into working software. - Collaborate with management, Business Development, and Project Management to refine and finalize requirements. - Coordinate with project teams on effort estimations for proposals and present them to stakeholders. - Prepare comprehensive proposals with SOW and supporting visuals. - Stay current on industry trends and our product suite. 𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖’𝒍𝒍 𝒃𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 - 5–7 years of hands‑on experience with stakeholder management and writing BRDs/FRDs/User Stories. - Strong written & verbal communication and presentation skills. - Ability to run basic competitor analysis to inform requirements and positioning. - Experience creating User Manuals and customer‑facing documentation. - Comfort engaging diverse stakeholders; strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to quickly grasp new products and domains. - Familiarity with wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma, or similar). - Experience working in Agile environments and providing inputs on estimations. - Education: MBA/B.Tech/MCA.
