We're Hiring: Climate Tech Fellow at climateXcapital In mid-2022, a few of us who had done the Terra.do fellowship started climateXcapital as a voluntary initiative— a few climate enthusiasts trying to make it easier for climate-tech startups in India to discover & access capital. This voluntary initiative took the shape of a more formal organisation in August last year, and we will be completing one year as a registered company later this month 🎉 One of the best decisions we made post-incorporation was bringing in our very first CXC Fellow, Megha S., who joined us for 6 months, sharpened our operations, helped us broaden our investor network and later transitioned to joining OctoLife as one of their first employees. This year, we were fortunate to have Sahil Bhargava join us as our next fellow. Sahil helped deepen our sectoral thesis, brought clarity to our investment approach, and added speed and pace to our operations. He will soon be transitioning to join Spectrum Impact to work on SCALE 2026. Now, as we look to expand our small but driven team, we’re opening applications for our next Climate Tech Fellow.
