𝟮𝟰𝟬𝟬+ 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬. ₹𝟭𝟰 𝐥𝐚𝐤𝐡 𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭. 𝟭𝟬 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬. 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐢𝐭. Last month, we had the privilege of felicitating our Top 10 Volunteers of FY24–25 at our office in Mumbai. It was a truly special moment to finally meet all our volunteers who have been working hard to create impact. These volunteers have gone above and beyond, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮𝟰𝟬𝟬+ 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 across diverse areas like teaching and training, research and development, web design and branding, and cooking assistance. Their efforts have supported causes like children, women empowerment, persons with disabilities, and education & literacy, saving NGOs over ₹𝟭𝟰 𝗹𝗮𝗸𝗵𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁. Many of them began volunteering to complete mandatory academic service hours, yet they 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟱𝟬+ 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 and continued working even after completing their mandatory hours. Their dedication has left a lasting mark not only on NGOs but also on all of us at ConnectFor. To make the celebration personal, we showed video testimonials from the NGOs they supported, played fun games, enjoyed snacks, and exchanged heartfelt notes. It made them feel special, seen and appreciated. For them, volunteering is not just about hours. It is about transformative experiences, meaningful connections, and the joy of making a difference.
