As part of the project team, it has been great to work with Telehouse and partners to bring this project to London. This project has been a great example of an advanced air and liquid cooling data centre and setting a new benchmark for sustainability. Barbara Smitten, Associate Director, working on the project said: "It has been wonderful for the Cundall team to work on the design of this flagship project for Telehouse. Huge credit to the entire project team for achieving this important milestone. We're looking forward to seeing the building construction progress through to handover." On the 30 September, we hosted our first insight day in collaboration with The Land Collective at our London office! The day was packed with inspiring sessions, including introductions to the data centre and sustainability sectors, understanding retrofit in action and an introduction to our global Zero Carbon Design 2030 initiative. Students also got a glimpse into the life of an engineer and the diverse opportunities within the built environment. Last week, in collaboration with the British Embassy Doha, we hosted an exclusive roundtable exploring Qatar’s #sustainabledevelopment landscape. It was fantastic to bring together senior stakeholders from across Qatari industries - including representatives from QNB Group, Gulf Organisation for Research & Development (GORD), Ministry of Transport, HSBC, Hamad International Airport, and QTerminals - for an insightful discussion on the opportunities and challenges shaping Qatar’s sustainable future.    What really stood out was the collective drive to move beyond ambition and deliver tangible climate action.
