From safety briefings to quality checks, they saw how people, precision, and purpose come together to create everyday essentials. From watching iconic brands like Dabur Hajmola and Dabur Gulabari take shape and get packed, to understanding quality in action at our Quality Assurance section, and finally witnessing the future of warehousing at our Finished Goods Warehouse with the Robotic ASRS system, the day was packed with curiosity, questions, and great conversations. It was inspiring to see young management minds connect theory with real-world manufacturing, operations, and technology, exactly what meaningful industry exposure is all about. It was a pleasure hosting 15 curious B.Tech students and 2 faculty members from Vikrant Institute of Technology & Management Gram Borkheri, Mhow, Indore at our Indore unit as they stepped onto our shopfloor for an up-close industry experience. The group got practical exposure to how Supply Chain Management comes alive inside a manufacturing ecosystem -- from formulation to manufacturing to packing, and everything in between. Seeing the students connect their academic learning with real-world processes is always energising, because this is where efficiency, quality, and teamwork meet execution. And of course, it’s always special to showcase how our trusted portfolio comes to life. What does an MBA classroom lesson look like when it comes alive on a factory floor? A group of 36 MBA students from Medicap University, Indore, saw it in real time during an immersive industrial visit of our Indore factory recently. During the visit, the students explored the manufacturing and packing processes across two much-loved product lines -- Dabur Hajmola and Dabur Red Toothpaste -- getting a first-hand view of how planning, process discipline, quality checks, and packaging precision come together on the shop floor. What made it even more exciting was seeing learning connect with brands people genuinely recognize. Hajmola represents Dabur’s strong presence in the digestives space, while our oral care range reflects Dabur’s legacy in everyday wellness -- categories that have built deep consumer trust over decades. There’s something special about seeing Ayurveda beyond textbooks. Sixty-Six 2nd‑year BAMS students from Shri Goraksh Ayurvedic Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre, Maharashtra, witnessed it at our Baddi factory, and their response made the day even more rewarding. The students stepped into the world of Ayurvedic manufacturing, gaining hands-on exposure to the making of iconic products like Dabur Chyawanprash and Dabur Honitus. From understanding traditional formulations to seeing modern manufacturing discipline at work, the visit offered a meaningful bridge between classroom learning and real-world practice. What truly elevated the experience was the time students spent with experienced industry experts and scientists. They were walked through how Ayurvedic principles move beyond theory and are applied every day in real manufacturing environments -- from the science behind formulations to how traditional knowledge is scaled with care and precision. The visit became even more meaningful as faculty members joined the students, bringing in academic perspective and helping connect age-old Ayurvedic wisdom with modern practice. Together, this exchange added depth, context, and a powerful reminder of how tradition and application go hand in hand. The enthusiasm and positive feedback from the students remind us why such engagements matter -- and why learning is always richer when experienced first-hand.
