Karnataka has consistently been at the forefront of India’s technology growth, serving as a preferred destination for Global Capability Centres (GCCs). To build on this strength, the Government of Karnataka has introduced the Global Capability Centre (GCC) Policy 2024–2029. As part of this effort, the Government has also launched Katalyst – a dedicated Ease-of-Doing-Business Cell for GCCs, designed to fast-track set-ups, enable new investments, and foster collaboration, innovation, and value creation. After the successful response to our first three outreach editions, we are now hosting Edition 4 of the Karnataka GCC Policy 2024–29 Outreach Session.
