Data Entry Operator Location: Shendurjane Salary: 2 to 4.00 LPA Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Operator with a strong background in manufacturing processes and proficiency in Tally ERP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately managing and maintaining data related to production, inventory, and financial records. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry, preferably in the manufacturing sector, and a solid understanding of accounting and inventory systems. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and timely reporting within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately record manufacturing data, including production schedules, raw material usage, and finished goods inventory. - Update and maintain stock, purchase orders, and delivery records in the system. - Generate reports related to stock movement, production, and costing using Tally modules. - Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates. - Assist in tracking work-in-progress (WIP) and production outputs. - Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly production and inventory reports with management. - Coordinate with production, purchase, and accounts teams for seamless data flow and reporting. - Assist in resolving data-related issues and supporting process improvement initiatives. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years in a similar data entry or administrative role. - Tally ERP (with experience in accounting or inventory management modules) - MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Strong typing speed with a high level of accuracy. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Basic knowledge of accounting principles is preferred. email id: [email protected]
