Motherson organised its Institutional Investor Meet 2025 in Mumbai, India, where we connected with one of our most valued stakeholder groups: our investors. The event provided an in-depth look at our journey so far, unveiled our Vision 2030, with the focus on value creation for all stakeholders. Through a powerful keynote by our Vice Chairman, Laksh Vaaman Sehgal, and insights from our global management teams, we showcased our design, engineering, manufacturing, and assembly capabilities as we move forward towards our Vision 2030.    A highlight of the day was the immersive experience centre, where we brought to life our pillars of Value-Driven Design and Engineering, Operational Excellence, and Sustainability in Action. Motherson SAS, which forms the Integrated Assemblies division of the Motherson Group, inaugurated its new facility in Saltillo, Mexico. This marks a significant milestone in our journey as this state-of-the-art facility becomes the 27th Motherson SAS site worldwide. Covering an area of 10,800 square meters, this new facility has been designed to meet the highest standards of efficiency and innovation, and production has officially commenced. The facility reflects our commitment to delivering world-class solutions to our customers while reinforcing our vision to be a globally preferred sustainable solutions provider for the automotive industry in this region. The Leadership Programme for 2024/25 in Europe has successfully concluded, marking its fifth year of promoting leadership, innovation, and collaboration across the organisation. The programme is designed to equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to drive progress and tackle future challenges. Over the course of four comprehensive modules, participants worked on impactful projects that addressed key organisational priorities, culminating in final presentations to a jury. The event celebrated the professionalism, insight, and personal growth demonstrated by all 11 graduates. The jury also recognised the top three projects for their outstanding contributions to innovation and sustainability.
