That’s why this July, we brought back Careers Month, a month dedicated to reflect, and take ownership of one’s career journey.   We kicked things off with an impactful launch led by our MD, Geetika Mehta, who reminded us that we are in charge of our own careers - it's on each of us to make time, reflect, and actively invest in our own growth. We also put our India leaders in the spotlight - sharing their reflections and lessons through “Ask Me Anything”.   What was special this year is how we brought Careers Month to life with a distinct, India flavor - from Leadership Roulette to Virtual Career Booths, we created spaces for real, honest conversations - around growth, ambition, learning, and navigating career journeys in today’s context.   We also spotlighted incredible personal stories in the session “The Balancing Act” where colleagues shared how they balance work, personal life, and passion. A milestone that stands not just for scale, but for care delivered at every step.   Established in 2015, our Sanand facility has evolved into one of Beiersdorf’s most advanced manufacturing hubs, with world-class automation, digital innovation, and sustainable practices at its core.
