PSG Hall of Fame Inaugurated! As part of its Centenary Year celebrations, PSG & Sons’ Charities inaugurated the 'Hall of Fame' at the PSG College of Technology campus on 30 January 2026. The commemorative space was inaugurated by Shri G. R. Karthikeyan, Chairman and Founder Trustee, PSG & Sons’ Charities in the presence of Shri L. Gopalakrishnan, Managing Trustee, along with dignitaries from various PSG Institutions. Each photograph within the Hall of Fame tells a story of milestones achieved, lives shaped, and moments that defined the Trust’s 100-year journey. The space also honours the visits of distinguished national and international personalities across its 30 illustrious institutions. 100 Years. A Century of Service. A Defining Milestone. On 24 January 2026, PSG & Sons’ Charities marked its 100th Founders’ Day at the PSG Convention Center, commemorating a century of nation-building across education, healthcare, and community service. The milestone celebration was graced by Shri Padmanabhan Sankaranarayanan, Chairman, Tata Chemicals Limited, as the Chief Guest, Shri G. R. Karthikeyan, Chairman and Founder Trustee, and presided over by Shri L. Gopalakrishnan, Managing Trustee, PSG & Sons’ Charities. In his address, Shri S. Padmanabhan reflected on PSG’s journey from Sarvajana School to a network of over 30 institutions and shared how his years as a PSG student shaped his values and career. Presiding over the celebration, Shri L. Gopalakrishnan described the centenary as a moment of reflection and responsibility, highlighted PSG’s work across education, healthcare, and social outreach, and announced the launch of PSG Leap Academy and PSG World School during 2026–27. PSG Tech Platinum Jubilee Alumni Meet 2026 Day 2 | Awards and Alumni Impact PSG College of Technology continued its Platinum Jubilee Global Alumni Meet on 10 January 2026 by honouring distinguished alumni with the 'Entrepreneur Awards' and 'Young Alumni Awards', recognising their excellence and impact across entrepreneurship, industry, and professional domains. Mr Subramanian Ramadorai, Chairperson, Mission Karmayogi Bharat, and former CEO and Managing Director, Tata Consultancy Services, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. PSG Tech Platinum Jubilee Alumni Meet 2026 Day 1 | Inaugural Highlights PSG College of Technology welcomed over 5,000 alumni and their family members back to the campus for its Platinum Jubilee Alumni Meet, celebrating 75 years of excellence in engineering education. The three-day event was held from 9 to 11 January 2026. The Alumni Meet was inaugurated by Mr Kasi Goundan, Chairman, PSG Tech Alumni Association, Detroit, USA. Mr Veluswami K, Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer, Marks Engineering Works, Coimbatore, graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour. A special panel discussion brought together women alumni achievers, who shared insights from their professional journeys and experiences.
