About us
The word Sangamam /ˈsʌnɡʌmʌm/ means confluence in Tamil. Building on this, PySangamam is a conference, catering to the Python community of Tamil Nadu, a state in southern India. PySangamam is organized primarily by the Chennai Python User Group, Chennaipy, with support from organizers of other local user groups. While the first edition is being planned in Chennai, we hope to run the conference in other cities within the state.
