When the Make in India movement was announced, it did more than inspire industry, It sparked imagination. For our founder, it was a powerful reminder: 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱-𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲. SahkaarX was born from a desire to keep learning, listening, and building better. Not to fix problems, but to fuel progress. Not to point out gaps, but to create opportunities. Because when you believe in the power of learning, you stop seeing limits. And start seeing potential. Every idea starts with a “why.” For Nihir Porecha and Nehal Porecha, that “why” was simple they believe learning should never stop. In 2024, with nothing but this belief and a shared vision, they started SahkaarX. Not as just another platform, but as a space where people and communities could come together, exchange knowledge, and grow side by side. What drives them isn’t just building a product it’s building a culture of continuous learning.

This is our first post— but far from our first step. Over the past months, we’ve been working alongside cooperatives, associations, and member-based communities—listening, testing, and learning. That work has shaped what we’re ready to share today: SahkaarX — a digital learning platform built with and for communities. Most platforms are designed for individuals. We asked a different question: What would learning look like if it were designed for groups—where knowledge is exchanged, experiences are shared, and growth is collective? The result is a platform that’s simpler, more grounded, and built to help communities adapt and thrive together. Here on LinkedIn, I’ll be sharing the journey—what’s working, what we’re still figuring out, and the insights we’re gaining along the way.
