Vitruvian Partners invested INR 800 crores in HFS, a non-banking financial company engaged primarily in the business of providing secured loans against property. LegaLogic Consulting advises Indus Capital in acquisition of its Mutual Fund Distribution business by Prudent Corporate Advisory. The transaction involved transfer of the entire mutual fund distribution business of Indus Capital including all customer contracts and employee relationships, for an aggregate consideration of about INR 123.75 crore.   LegaLogic was the sole legal counsel for Indus Capital and advised on review and finalisation of deal documentation.
