🚨 Girish Mathrubootham to exit Freshworks by December Girish Mathrubootham, co-founder of Nasdaq-listed Freshworks and a key voice in India’s SaaS story, will step down as Executive Chairman on December 1, 2025. He will now focus on Together Fund, the VC firm he co-founded. Freshworks has appointed Roxanne Austin, Lead Independent Director, as the new Chairperson of the Board.
