How can you create a software demo that non-technical customers will love?
The primary essence always boils down to a singular, crucial truth. Avoid fixating on product features; instead, center your communication around the challenges your audience currently encounters and the corresponding solution sets. Whether you label your features as A, B, or C is inconsequential to them. Secondly, craft a narrative resembling a story to which your audience can readily connect, capturing the sentiments and ongoing developments in the industry. Lastly, the paramount focus should be on providing examples illustrating how you successfully addressed a specific use case for a previously onboarded user in the same industry or vertical. This approach allows your audience to better empathize with their own challenges.
