Founded in 2016 by Anup Patil, Neil Unadkat, Aman Singh, and Jayshri Patil, Intangles offers AI-powered predictive analytics solutions for fleet providers and OEMs. Its clients include Tata Motors, Volkswagen, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, and Honda, among others. The startup’s platform supports over 4 lakh vehicles across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, helping fleet owners boost profitability by up to 50% and achieve 5x ROI per truck. Kluisz.ai, a cloud platform powered by AI, has raised $9.6 million in its seed funding round. The round was led by RTP Global, a global early-stage venture capital firm. Other investors include Unicorn India Ventures, Blume Founders Fund, Climber Capital, and well-known angels like Ritesh Agarwal (OYO), Dr. Dr Ritesh Malik (INNOV8), and Aditya Virwani (Embassy Group). #Update Auxano Capital has successfully exited its investment in the edtech startup EduGorilla Community, generating a 5.5x return. The venture capital firm first invested in the Lucknow-based company in 2020. Since then, EduGorilla has grown its revenue significantly and launched a generative AI-powered product. This marks Auxano Capital's third successful exit in 2025 and its fifth overall. Earlier this year, the firm had a partial exit from Primebook India and a full exit from Wiom. Brijesh Damodaran, Managing Partner at Auxano Capital, noted that while the edtech space became crowded, the founders' resilience was key. He added that the firm executed a "part exit" and will "continue to ride the growth wave," indicating it still holds a stake. Direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands are betting on visibility, and chasing quick commerce platforms, Pranav Mukul and Ratna Bhushan report for The Economic Times. Emerging D2C startups across categories are onboarding platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart to capture heightened festive demand, despite advertisement rates rising by 40-50% in key segments. In FY25 alone, these platforms together posted ad revenues of more than ₹3,000 crore, a testament to their growing influence in the e-commerce space, the report says. “Brands are seeing good return on investment to advertise on these (10-minute delivery) platforms, with a large number of consumers adding quick commerce as buying preferences additionally to offline stores,” says Navin Khemka, President, South Asia, at WPP Media. This year, quick commerce platforms are also rolling out new advertising products — like banners on checkout windows and contextual placements — to increase selling and nudge festive conversions, the report says further. “We are very optimistic about the surge in traction on quick commerce platforms, more so during festive months when sales can peak,” adds Akash Agrawalla, Co-founder at ZOFF Foods. India's advertising industry surpassed ₹1 lakh crore in FY25, with digital media dominating at 46% of total ad spend, data from Crisil Intelligence shows. Founded in 2023 by Ishita Sawant, Meolaa curates sustainable D2C brands across fashion, beauty, home, and baby care, empowering conscious consumers with ethical and mindful product choices. The company’s AI-powered framework accelerates brand creation and product launches, a process that traditionally takes 18–24 months in large FMCG companies.
