Restaurant POS and management software provider Petpooja has raised ₹137 crore ($15.5 million) in its Series C round led by Dharana Capital, with participation from Helion Ventures co-founder Ashish Gupta and Urban Company’s co-founders Abhiraj Singh Bhal and Varun Khaitan. The round values the Ahmedabad-based company at around ₹910 crore ($103 million), marking a 3.5x jump from its previous valuation. The fresh capital will help the startup expand its team, open its first U.S. office, and accelerate product development to meet the evolving needs of developer-first companies.
