People ask me: "What's the hardest part of running Design Monks?" My answer? Hiring. Every single time. Since Day 1, it’s been me and Abdullah Al Noman handling it: and even when our team crosses 100+... we’ll still be the ones doing it. Not because we love scanning hundreds of CVs. But because we care. We care about the kind of people we let into this family. Here’s what we look for: ✅ Team player ✅ Good human first ✅ Top-notch communication ✅ Skill? UI/UX Breakdown: PhonePe vs Paytm – "My QR" Page Analyzing how small design choices can create big differences in Fintech user experience: 1. User Info Overload - Paytm shows the user’s photo, name, and mobile number — unnecessary for a QR screen. PhonePe avoids this clutter and instead displays useful details: bank logo, name, and account ending digits. 2.
